What shipping methods do you use?
We Have That uses a combination of Australia Post, Couriers Please and DHL to ship orders safely.
As we are online only and warehouse based, unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service at this stage.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can be confident that we know what is happening with your purchase.
How much is shipping?
All shipping within Australia regardless of how much you spend is FREE.
For international orders, please enter your location in the checkout screen to calculate your shipping cost.
What is your handling time for dispatching orders?
All "in stock" items are dispatched within 5 business days of payment. We ship Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
For pre-orders or back orders, these purchases will ship on release date or when available.
How long should my order take to arrive?
Most domestic orders within Australia will arrive 1-6 business days from postage following our handling time.
International orders generally arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on the country and how quickly the parcel clears customs.
Postage delays may occur during peak periods or for other reasons outside of our control, however this is rare.
What do I do if my item is taking too long to be delivered?
Most items will arrive within a reasonable amount of time, however, sometimes delays or other problems can occur. If you feel that your parcel is taking too long to arrive, please contact us via the contact form or via live chat and we will happily assist! In this event, We Have That will investigate the status of your parcel with the carrier involved and will resolve this for you. In the rare event that the item is deemed to be lost in transit, our policy is to always to send a replacement without issue.
My item has been damaged in transit. Can you help?
We Have That will always replace your item or offer an alternative solution if the item has been damaged in transit. If this occurs, please let us know and we will resolve this for you.
